Parts Manager / Parts Sales

Rapidly growing equipment company in niche market is looking for a progressive, self motivated, individual to launch their parts distribution and parts sales program. The candidate must be a successful, progressive, company oriented individual working in a large geographical area in the central and northeastern United States. This position will be based in our corporate office in Seymour, WI. He/she must be detail oriented, assertive, and an effective communicator as well as customer service minded? Ideal candidate must be a proven analytical thinker, flexible, possess the ability to complete tasks unsupervised, meet deadlines, and have excellent organizational skills. Minimum three years experience required, degree preferred but not mandatory and will include the development and implementation of a new inventory system as well as policies and procedures.
